Orders placed before 3pm on a working day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at a weekend or on a bank holiday go out the next working morning. A tracking note is emailed either way, usually within an hour of despatch.

Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland add one working day to standard, and next day is not available there.
international
We ship to the EU, Norway and Switzerland, taking 5 to 8 working days. Duties and import VAT are payable by the recipient. We do not currently ship outside Europe.
carriers
Parcels go with DPD, pallets with Palletways. A delivery date cannot be chosen at checkout, but DPD will offer one once the tracking note arrives.
