returns
the policy
Unused stock may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in the original packaging and the packing note is included. If the packing note has been lost, quote the order number instead and we can look it up.
what cannot be returned
Made-to-order items — anything above M24, A4 marine stainless, and black oxide grade 10.9 — are not returnable unless they are faulty. Opened bulk sacks cannot be returned either, as the count can no longer be certified.
refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, in which case a prepaid label is emailed.
faulty or wrong items
Email the order number and a photograph to the address on the contact page. Replacements are despatched the same day where the item is in stock, without waiting for the original to come back.
